Slap bracelets are back, according to Loewe

Loewe's Slap Bracelet

Loewe's Slap Bracelet

Our favorite childhood accessory just got a luxurious upgrade care of Spanish brand Loewe.

Remember slap bracelets? They are bracelets made with “layered, flexible stainless steel bistable spring bands sealed within a fabric, silicone, or plastic cover,” according to Wikipedia. They were invented by a man named Stuart Anders while he was playing in his father’s shop and the idea came to him. It then became a huge hit during the late ’80s and ’90s.

The OG “Slap Wraps” became a fashion statement and now Loewe’s leather version makes simple, underrated, but so much more fashionable.

Are you interested in bringing back an old trend with a luxe feel? Then go purchase one for P8,800. It comes in different leather colors too.
